These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Agie website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans (if offered) are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled. Pricing, plan limits, and renewal details are shown at checkout and/or in your account settings.

Refunds, credits, and trials (if offered) are handled according to the refund policy presented at checkout or in writing by support.

You may provide inputs (prompts, files, content, configurations) to the Service ("Inputs") and receive outputs generated by the Service ("Outputs"). You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before using them in production.

As between you and Agie, you retain rights to your Inputs. To operate the Service, you grant Agie a limited license to process Inputs and generate Outputs.

The Service may integrate with third‑party providers (e.g. hosting, payments, analytics, and AI model providers). Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI systems can generate inaccurate, incomplete, or unsafe results. We do not guarantee that Outputs will be correct, secure, or suitable for any purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agie will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, or to protect the Service, users, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting on the site). Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
